Love this store! Lovely handmade clothes, hats, bags and accessories. For westerners who have trouble finding clothes that fit, they can make custom order clothes. I found some clothes off the rack too!

As a lover of fashion, I've been on the lookout for good shops & tailors in Phnom Penh. I'm not a fan of brand-name clothes so I stay away from malls and fast fashion for the most part. Also, as I get older I find it's nicer to have unique & quality designs. They last longer and just suit you more. If you are looking for a classical style, and have some designs in mind (especially if it includes linen), Scarlet Fiber is the best for price and quality. I've worked with local designers before that have charged me double or triple the price but ultimately I am less happy with what they produced. The tailor here is fantastic though you need to know a bit about fashion to be able to tell them properly what you want, and how to shape the piece. Lately they've been a bit slower to finish their work, but it's because they are busy, and rightfully so. It's understandable.
