This fab India outlet was an unexpected pitstop for me. The clothes were well organised it was neat and visually stunning and it’s my oversight to not get the name of the diminutive male staff that served me but he sized me up right and recommended me the right size for the festive Kurta I was looking for and he had an eye for matching the right color bottoms !!! and he even nearly convinced me to buy a dupatta which was gorgeous and completed the outfit but I didn’t in the end cos I just don’t know what to do with it. I wished it had gotten his name so I could include him in this review but for u ladies out there, give this place a chance

It is always a pleasure to visit this usp place..beautiful colours. Designs..latest organic creations. The variety and fabrics have no other match. Today I visited for revalidation of a gift card. It was surprising for 3 days the phone calls went unanswered and tried meeting the staff. Usually staffvis kind but Renu was rude and indifferent. On persuasion Farheen from cosmetics obliged to return my call. Having waited till 330..I called again and asked for Hitens number. Luckily Sanjeev asked me to written [email protected] did mail but it was not delivered..Having no choice I marked it to support and fabfamily. Hopefully it will be taken care soon...but customer service is questionable at this outlet.. Cheers Finally today Geet in Delhi office was the solution finder to give a little breather...gratitude..Fab india

Great choices, Alpesh is a good salesman and provided good options and professional service. He is very kind and patient. Geetha Madam was very courteous and made special chai very refreshing. Best place to buy Indian ethnic wear.

The sales staff were friendly and attentive. It’s double storey with no lift so was a struggle for my mum. The staff were helpful in bringing the items upstairs once we described what we wanted. Helped with the measurements. If you have an Indian number you can collect points. It was clean and so were their toilets!

Childhood fav atleast you get one or things what you specifically have in ur mind like silk kurtis... shirts cotton one's as well but they should start working on sizes as well overall Fabindia
