It’s a very nice Decathlon that compares well with other locations being nicely spread out, having a good and high quality selection of stuff, and a great customer service. I’ve been to this Decathlon quite a few times buying a varying selection of items such as gloves, winter clothing, rollerskates, shoes, and more. Everytime I have been pleased with the quality of my purchase as well. Once I came back for a refund and the staff were quick and handled it very well. They’ve got all the stuff you’d expect in a Decathlon such as a swimming section, tennis section, shirt and pants section, and way more. The location as well is great being near the Suruia KLCC Mall, KLCC Park, Twin Towers, and also being in the same building that’s connected to the Four Seasons Place hotel.

I bought some items for my impending trip to Sapparo in late February to ride on the Snow Trains of Hokkaido. I was assisted from my first phone call to making payment by your staff by the name of Ana. She was helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable, and performed over and beyond the call of duty. I am writing this little note to express my thanks to her for enabling me to select and purchase the required items for my coming trip.

Like other Decathlon stores, this one is also very large and bright and welcoming. I was here to buy whey protein which was quite expensive, but I ran because I trust the brand.

Big store since it’s the flagship one. Has other brands besides decathlon brand unlike other outlets which is similar to the decathlons in other countries. Has yoga studio and even food etc.
