A new space building in South Jakarta, situated in TB Simatupang street, among office tower. The building offer services such as restaurant's, super market, coffee shop, barber shop , swimming pool for rent, gymnasium on progress , etc.This place is Good option for hangout, and meeting point. Soft opening on 16 November 2018, there are so many offer now on.

Finally, a decent hangout place and grocery shopping place near Kebagusan area. Very modern and well design, plenty choices of restaurant. Ranch Market on the LG floor and Infinity pool in 3rd floor. Awesome.

Really like being here mostly because of the balcony with view of trees, not big place but so relaxing, many various culinary for lunch or we can sit with coffee. A supermarket at basement floor makes it complete. Wishing stay here.

It’s very quite because it doesn’t look like there are restaurants/cafes inside. It is actually enough for your lunch options. There is even a barbershop. The building just looks like an office. Maybe they need more signs of the tenants. You can have several options for working while having lunch. I just went to Old Town White coffee for breakfast. The toilets are clean.
