Wonderful service by a gentleman, tall wear glasses when we were looking at Smeg appliances. However, when we were looking on purchasing perfume and make-up at the upstairs counters YSL and Dior, we were totally ignored and they weren't busy at all these ladies were just talking about other people and have no interest in selling the products to us. So we went across to Myer and purchased 10 beauty products there instead (YSL) they were extremely helpful there. David Jones counter lost about a thousand dollars in sale with us.

Wonderful cheerful, fashion forward, professional staff especially in women's intimates. Karen for Simone Perele has a beautiful grace and friendly, cheerful demeanor that advises with honesty and integrity whilst bra fitting and finding individuality of a womens essence and personality. I would highly recommend going to visit her in women's intimates located on Level 1 of the David Jones city store.

My recent trip to David Jones in the city was a great little adventure. I adore walking into the shop to be met by the wafts of different kinds of perfumes. It is akin to airport travel, which I love. The staff within the David Jones store are super friendly and approachable for questions. The different levels are clearly marked. What is to be found on the levels is also clearly marked. I went searching for gloves and had such a good time trying them on, along with other accessories such as their winter hat selections and scarfs. I felt like a queen and it was fun!

Despite it pouring with rain outside today, it was absolute sunshine in store thanks to the amazing service I received firstly from two lovely staff members in the cards/ consumables section. One of the women (Filipino) was so friendly, and provided such brilliant service and conversation. The other lady gave a team effort in good vibes and smiles! I then went up stairs to my favourite jewellery section and was greeted by the gentleman there (I forget his name), he let me know if I needed help, and when I asked for help, he was super attentive and had so much knowledge, and a clear passion for not only the products he was selling, but for his customers. Outstanding service! I always say, “If you can’t do great things, do small things in a great way”. These staff members gave me great service and made my day. Give them pay rises!!!!
