This is a good place of a shopping mall as it should be, usually this mall is less crowded on a daily basis, all the shopping vendors are all clean and the employees are too less compared to other shopping malls. Also uniquely, you can enjoy taking phtoo of arts and sculpture on top floor near the Kids Ground between the Food Court. There are also Underground sections where you can find grocery stores, also an IKEA stores available to visit only in this City Which is good to know. Restaurants and Bakery all located on the top floor mostly oriental Asian Cuisine and local cuisine just a bit fancy. Strangely There are only one or two lifts available and it is all only located in the Parking area but inside the mall itself i never seen one. Therefore escalator is the only way to go from floor to floor so its still okay. Good place and good experience overall

This mall was a lot crowded a few years ago, now you can practically find parking spot easily. Make no mistake, this is a great mall; they have multiple playgrounds, great foodcourt, good parking area, and luxury brands. But the thing is, not many "cheap to middle" brands. They also have IKEA, that alone is a good reason to visit CWS.

Ciputra World Mall is one of shopping destinations in Surabaya. It offers a great mix of local and international brands, a variety of dining options, and entertainment like a cinema and kids’ play areas. The mall is spacious, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. The connection to Ciputra World Hotel is also convenient for travelers. My stay at Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable with a great view, and the facilities—especially the rooftop pool, gym, and sauna—were top-notch. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel’s location next to the mall made everything super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again!
