Browse the second floor to choose the bag you want to purchase. Information is available in multiple languages to assist you with the ordering process. 2. Take a photo of the bag you wish to buy and show it to the staff at the counter. 3. Pay for your purchase on the same floor (2nd floor) where the bags are displayed. 4. Remember to ask for a VAT refund if you are not a resident of Korea.

Very pretty brand of bags! The store is clean and organized and the staff is so helpful. Ended up getting 4 bags!
