上個月去的時候在網路上有看到喜歡的單品Carhartt 短袖想說來實際試穿看看，蠻喜歡的也有意願購買
之後還在一樓試穿了一件帽踢發現版型不太適合自己就和店員告知，結果女店員就擺出不開心的樣子臉很臭，好像有試穿就一定要購買一樣
後來就只買了短袖但沒那麼適合的那件就沒有選購
不知道有什麼管道可以提供自己的回饋所以只能發在這邊 沒記錯的話店員名稱叫做Nchii
之後幾次去的時候她的態度也沒有比較好，希望能做改善不然真的很影響購物體驗

When I went there last month, I saw a Carhartt short-sleeved item that I liked online and wanted to try it on. I liked it very much and was willing to buy it.
Later, I tried on a hat kick on the first floor and found that the pattern didn't suit me, so I informed the store clerk. As a result, the female store clerk looked unhappy and had a bad face, as if she had to buy it if she tried it on.
Later, I only bought the short-sleeved one, but it didn’t fit that well, so I didn’t choose it.
I don’t know if there is any way to provide my feedback, so I can only post it here. If I remember correctly, the store clerk’s name is Nchii.
Her attitude was not better the next few times I went there. I hope she can improve it otherwise it will really affect the shopping experience.

買回家試穿後發現尺寸不合 也沒穿出門過 吊牌 發票都還在
又不是要退貨 只是要換個尺寸也不能
當初在結帳時也完全沒有提到這一點
只有傻眼

After I bought it and tried it on at home, I found that the size didn't fit. I haven't worn it outside. I still have the tag and invoice.
It’s not like I want to return it, I just want to change the size.
This was not mentioned at all during checkout.
