I work nearby, live 30 minutes tram away, This area of the CBD has a lot of shopping place to visit. There is a convenient Woolworths Express inside. Trams (stops) on both road intersections. Watch our for the road trafficduring the morning and late afternoon peak times. Late nights can get a bit quite on the roads. The food courts does close fairly early.

Google thinks this is one shop. It is a food court 'inside' away from the street, with individual retail shops around the outer perimiter, all 'under' an office tower. The food court is open to the sky.

This area has a variety of businesses such as Woolworths metro, tailor, coffee shop and a food court in a corporate building. Very clean with a quiet atmosphere except in peak lunchtime.
