Wanted to go to blue label over 10 years ago but didn’t have a chance to return to Japan until now. Walked in and the sales associate Nakamura was sweet and patient with us. They were also running a promotion and I ended up walking out with some great items. Highly recommend shopping at their harajuku location.

High quality products, evergreen design, reasonable price and excellent services always. A brand to be reckon. A place to be for all the ladies with only 1% men products.

I had a great experience shopping at this store. The service was exceptional both Nakamura and Sandra were incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. They were knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain details patiently. The store itself was clean, well organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I really appreciated the friendly attitude and professionalism of the staff. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Black Label to anyone looking for top-quality service and products.
