The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with the gift package. Although I waited quite a while for my coffee, they apologized and even offered me a complimentary croissant.

Great service from the employees, all the coffee smells so good and there are so many options, but doesn’t taste as it smells. Croissants are great, and the tray to-go is so convenient (includes sugar cane popsicle, cream and glass straw). I’ll give them a try next time - probably will try the strawberry flavor

I loved this shop's aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafting through the air at the transit hall of Changi airport Terminal 3. Whenever I drop by, I'll always buy their croissants, they sell a number of delectable filled croissants such as Chocolate Coffee croissant, Kaya croissant, Raspberry croissant & Pistachio croissant, just to name a few. The staff here are friendly and attentive. Also their coffee selections are so many but my personal favourite is the Ethiopia Sidamo Mountain.
