The most underated store, it is such a hidden gem! Firstly, you can test and try all products on display. They also have some great services and experiences that I highly recommend. I have booked the Hera colour match foundation service twice and I had a great experience both times ( I had to redo the colour match as my skin tone changed). Starting from the end of OCT they will now offer the Hera lip gloss colour match service. You can also obtain a free skin analysis through completing a questionnaire and AI scan. After obtaining the results from the scan, they recommend products suited to you and also you have the option to purchase a custom essence customised to your skin, this service does not require a booking. Every month they have different samples as a gift with purchase and depending on the level of your spend, there could be more samples. They also have different pop ups of instore events that change monthly.

AMORE is my favorite place to shop for beauty products—it’s everything a cosmetics store should be. Whoever designed this space truly understands the shopper’s experience. I easily spent hours here. I came twice during my stay in Seoul. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with a cleansing area for your hands and face, setting the perfect tone for testing products comfortably. Sinks are thoughtfully placed throughout the store, making it easy to wash your hands and try even more. One of the highlights is the customization stations, where you can create personalized makeup products. I highly recommend booking the custom foundation and lip color matching services well in advance—they’re worth it! The pricing is reasonable, and the store offers great perks like free samples and discount codes. Whether you're a beauty enthusiast or just looking for a unique shopping experience, this place is a must-visit.

Got to make a custom lip mask here, loved the process of looking at each scent. I would highly recommend it!

I did the Laneige Bespoke Lip Mask with Wonjin and it was very fun! If you only speak English, they can speak English very well there. They let you test and make sure you pick the two flavors you want in case you change your mind.
