The plaza itself was imaginative. I just wonder why there's not much customers despite some good restaurants. To me, Dim Dim Sum was scrumptious. 2 thumbs up! I was enjoying both my dinner, the scenery outside including a bird's-eye view of Starbucks Reserve Roastery building.
