“Excellent Hotel based on the heart of the city and close to China Town. There are multiple businesses based around the hotel and Tanjong Pagar has a host of restaurants, cafes, pubs and night clubs. One of the best Concierge (Mr Raymond) is a stand out and ever helpful. All in all an excellent hotel used my be regularly.” “Quite a prestigious hotel, recently refurbished. “Definitely find out time wn animals are brought out and watch their performance. We say diago the seal... amazing. All the other animals also were looking healthy and well taken care of... place is well maintained . The BEST part was to be able to see animals and birds at such close distance walking freely and not caged ....omg... besttttt” “Overall experience - ???? The Singapore Zoo offers a delightful and well-maintained experience, earning a solid 4-star rating. Sprawled across lush greenery, the zoo is home to a wide variety of animals in thoughtfully designed enclosures that mimic natural habitats. The best times to visit are either in the morning between 10 AM and 2 PM or in the evening from 4 PM to 7 PM. Afternoons can be quite warm, and many animals tend to retreat indoors during this period, making sightings less frequent. What stands out is the zoo’s excellent infrastructure. Cleanliness is maintained throughout, with public areas kept spotless. There are rest stops, drinking water stations, and washrooms conveniently located every 250 meters, which is very thoughtful for families and children. The staff is polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. On rainy days, an umbrella is essential as many sections of the zoo are outdoors. Despite the weather or heat, the immersive environment, engaging exhibits, and opportunities to learn about wildlife make this a must-visit destination in Singapore. With a little planning, visitors can enjoy a pleasant and memorable outing. A great spot for animal lovers, families, and nature enthusiasts alike.”

“Pros: - Rooms were spacious - Has bidet in toilet (best!) - Plenty of hangers to hang ur clothes and removable too - mini bars are replenished every day and complimentary - has nespresso machine in the room - staff all friendly and smiley - pool is simple with nice view - has ironing board and iron (but feeback: ironing board a bit short in terms of height so u need to sit, cannot stand to iron) Cons (not bad but room for improvement): - no complimentary parking for hotel guests (yes! you have to pay for parking!) - no microwave - no hot/warm areas in the room (so difficult to get ur clothes to dry esp if u intend to swim every day during ur stay) - pillows are bit too soft and flat - mini fridge not cold enough. took a while for drinks to get cold and no ice. Overall, I still love my stay with my family (mixture of adults, teens and a toddler) even though we got different rooms at different levels. p.s we got sea view rooms so you can see the sunrise from the rooms.” “Luxury, spacey room and very clean hotel w good location for access to MRT. But the apparently have to improve on the room service coz we wait for 1 hour for our food and another 30 mins for a pair of chopsticks.”

“I am giving 5 stars for this review but why there are only 4 stars? Amazing hotel with the comfy bed! Has been staying in this hotel for quite a few times. The elegant design with local Peranakan flavour is unforgettable. I always come back to this hotel for staycation. The pool is quiet and offers a good view of the national library building nearby. The dim sum buffet in Man Fu Yuan is a good pick too. Currently they have promotion for the lunch and dinner buffet in LUCE Italian restaurant. Good price and spread! The room service staff serving 10th floor, Su Na, is very friendly and understandable. She is helpful in accommodating our request.” “I've stayed here 3 times. Every time has been excellent. The service is top level, the rooms are spacious and quiet. The location is as good as it gets, being right next to Bugis station. Of course it is quite expensive but you do feel like you get what you pay for.”

“I redeemed the vouchers from Gardenia lucky draw and the process online and on-site was seamless. My children had loads of fun and burned a lot of energy. The crew coordinated each area well and my children were able to play in every area. Two hours was definitely more than enough and the bouncing tired them out. They remained watchful and made sure that only one jumped on each trampoline. There is no need to reach 15 minutes earlier for the briefing as the children were briefly briefed during the issue of their tags and when the time reached, they were allowed entry while the previous batch of people left.” “Fantastic place for the kids to have fun and expand their energy! Need to queue for the doge ball and other stations. each set is 5mins. Grip socks $3 are not included from ticket price. Remember to bring yours along if you have them.”

“Excellent place for events, corporate meetings, sales and product launch and exhibitions, travel and food fests. What not it suits for every occasion. Well organised place with plenty of plug and play halls. Can be shrinked or expanded bases on requirements. Total 10 halls,1-6 halls are at one place and 7-10 halls are other side. Mostly 1-6 halls are super crowded especially during weekends. Good food options available near by Market place @Expo. Ample parking and and well connected by MRT. Bus connectivity can be better.” “POWEEEEER. Was there for Absolute Fest and it was amazing. By far the best event I have attended. The organizer did a good job and pulled talents from across the border to make this event a success. Crowded? No problem, road Marshalls are in place to facilitate traffic. POWEEEEEER!”

“The whole atmosphere was wonderful, it wasn’t too crowded and was quiet the whole time I was there. The food itself was delicious, everything was so flavourful and Chef Mel was so creative with the way he prepares the different fusion dishes. Both Chef Mel and his staff were so welcoming, friendly and so professional. Will definitely come back again.” “Thank your Rina and team for the wonderful experience! If you're in the mood for a dining experience that checks all the boxes—delicious food of all cuisine (cold dishes, asian food, bbq items, great dishes), excellent service, and a welcoming ambiance, this eatery offers the perfect blend of all three. The food is a true highlight. Every dish bursts with fresh flavors and is expertly prepared. Whether you’re craving a comforting classic or something with a more adventurous twist, there’s something on the menu that will satisfy your palate. The ingredients are top-quality, and the presentation makes each dish feel like a work of art. The service is exceptional. The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They go above and beyond to ensure you're well taken care of, making you feel like a valued guest. The pacing of the meal is just right, with no long waits between courses, and they are more than happy to accommodate any special requests. As for the ambiance, it's the perfect setting for any occasion—whether it’s a casual dinner, a date, a celebratory meal or even a solemnisation event. The decor is stylish yet comfortable, with soft lighting and cozy seating that create an inviting atmosphere. In short, this eatery is a true gem. We left feeling full, satisfied, and eager to return. Highly recommend!”

“Today was an absolutely fantastic day for my daughter at Kidzania! She enthusiastically tried over 10 different professions, each offering unique and engaging experiences. The staff members were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout all activities. Despite it being a school holiday, the crowd size remained manageable and waiting times were reasonable. A perfect blend of fun learning and smooth organization - highly recommended for curious young minds!” “Really nice place, we were able to a spend an entire afternoon here and the kids enjoyed themselves a lot. Each station is very realistic and included a lot of details in the props and process. The experience is pretty rare for kids to learn about medical surgery, firefighting, piloting a plane, manufacturing snacks, e-commerce fulfilment etc. Just wished we as adults could see the kids in the aeroplane cockpit :) Buy tickets way in advance for big discount :)”

“Had an awesome time on the GX-5 and Slingshot rides! The staff were super friendly and made the whole experience even more fun. They joked around with us, helped calm our nerves, and made sure we felt safe and excited. You can tell they enjoy what they do, which really adds to the vibe. Big thanks to the crew for making it such a memorable time!” “Best experience ever. They gave me a free slingshot from one of the staff birthday treats. Thank u bro. Will come back for more”

“A fun and interesting activity to do. It takes around 50 minutes with 2 parts, best part is on the water of course. Nice view for the most iconic places of Singapore. Travelling with my 72+ years old mom without any issue taking this and she liked it a lot. And kids will love it fpr sure! (So do people who are kid-at-heart ? ) The guide on duty at 3pm tour on Feb 1, 2025 is also super nice. Recommend to purchase the ticket online in advance during peak season/public holiday as it might be sold out on the day.” “Enjoyed my 11 am Duck tour on the DUKW Katrina on Sat 22 Feb 2025. The tour departed on time for the waterborne part before returning to land for the landward section. Our guide was very nice and took the initiative a few times to go around snapping pictures for Duck Tour participants. Bonus points for the free Duck stickers if you answered the trivia questions correctly. Captain Tan maneuvered our DUKW Katrina very well, so much that there wasn't any water splashing onto participants when we entered the water at Marina Barrage. Fulfilled a childhood dream today thanks to Duck Tours”

“My recent purchase of a hair accessory at Clark Quay Central Lumine fell short of expectations when it broke after just one use. Although I was disappointed, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Despite the no-exchange policy for hair accessories, the Customer Service Officer handled the situation with grace, demonstrating sincere empathy and offering apologies for the inconvenience caused. While I hope for improvements in product quality and the refund-exchange policy, the commendable service I received speaks volumes about the commitment of Clark Quay Central Lumine to customer satisfaction.” “Saw there was a private event prior to their grand opening. Luckily did check with the Jap guy afew times whether can try their coffee sampling. Since there was a full tray of it. After checking with their American boss on the spot, the answer was no. Fine for me, can just grab their expresso packing in tube packet. Cos can't afford to wait for their timing which was unsure till the American boss said at much later timing. It does taste like a note of nutty chocolate taste. Didn't buy any of their merch. Luckily their paperbag was free. Won't be going back to this original outlet or for popup experience. The Asian & Angmo customer service was so much clear cut. Pity for the Jap guy staff, nice guy when I asked him about the fan. He quickly apologies that he had forgotten about it & brought a white bag full of fans & let his colleague distribute around ✌”
