It is so difficult to make vegan ramen and I love it that I finally found one in Taiwan! The sides are good so please, aim to get at least the beancurd roll. The place is a bit small, so it will be best for you to go in pairs or solo!
I'm loving this place and keep coming back for more! Whenever I'm in the mood for some ramen, this is my spot. They do all-vegan ramen, but trust me, it's not just for vegans—it's for everyone. Their little rice bowls, fried tofu, and grilled veggies are my jam. I've tried a bunch of their ramen options, and they've all hit the spot. Desserts not quite my type tho. Definitely worth checking out!
Delicious ramen and the char siew texture was superb. The beancurd roll was soft and savory on the inside and crispy on the outside. Love my drink, ice shaken osmanthus tea and my pudding. Will go another time to try the sugar cane soup base. Advise to place reservations through their line account as seats are limited.
I tried the Oat Milk Soup Jiro Tokuno Flavor, Oat Milk Soup Classic Original Flavor, Grilled Vegetables, and the Asparagus and Bean Curd Roll (used google translate to navigate the menu) The ramen portions were really generous for me and the grilled vegetables had an amazing smoky flavor that I loved. The asparagus and bean curd roll was also a standout. Everything tasted fresh. The service was impressive considering there was only one server. He worked super fast and made sure everyone was taken care of. I ate outside, and the vibe was like sitting on an old street. You can also see the ramen being made in the open kitchen. It was a great experience overall
Stunning. The lady helped me choose and I had the oat milk soup base with dan dan noodles. Spicy, creamy and delicious. Coming back tomorrow.
