I recently visited ZFC and was disappointed with my experience due to the air conditioning not working. The warm temperature made it uncomfortable to enjoy my meal. While the food was good, the lack of a comfortable environment really detracted from the overall experience. I hope they address this issue soon, as it has potential to be a great place to dine.

I ordered a chicken pizza. On taking the first bite it smelled horrible and tasted sour. I asked the billing counter personnel to check the same by tasting the food. He called another staff who had prepared the order. The other staff tasted the pizza and said this is very normal and it tastes the same. I said it was stale and smelling bad but when started arguing I handed over the whole pizza back to him and told him to keep it. The staff neither apologised nor changed the pizza. He didn’t even ask for providing a refund.

Service is what makes a restaurant great even though the food is avg. I wish staff could learn such behaviour esp in small eateries.
