If you Love mushroom, you are vegan And want some hotpot cant reccomend this place more than enough. Loved it!!

This Yunnan hotpot restaurant with Yunnan-grown mushrooms flown in every 3 days is a hidden gem. You feel so good munching on the veggies and assorted mushrooms in hotpot soup (Tom Yum, bak kut teh, herbal, etc). There are other cooked dishes too. The service is impeccable. The bill for 2 came up to about RMB 470(USD 65) which is exceptional value. It's also deep inside from the main road. Been here twice so far and will definitely go back.

It's a wonderful place. Vegetarian with no alliums. The soups that my wife and I tried were amazing. We had the classic mushroom soup and the tom yum. The tom yum was the milky type. Very lovely. Dishes were enjoyable. You can select your own vegetables and mushrooms from the buffet counter. Definitely a must visit if you are visiting shanghai.

Top meal for vegetarians in Shanghai, the variety of mushrooms was out of this world, everything was so fresh and well presented, the staff super attentive and a lovely atmosphere. Many mushrooms we had never eaten before that looked like walnuts, coral, and vintage. The lion’s mane mushroom was crazy good, and the dumplings and buns also. Will be coming back no doubt.

Excellent option for vegans in Shanghai serving a variety of Yunnan mushrooms. Can select between different soup bases. I usually go for the spicy base and the top part with exotic mushrooms. They also a variety small snacks and salads you can take as buffet style.
