Very good local food like ayam bakar, nasi goreng, coconut juice, gado gado..friendly staff!!

I ate here almost every day during my two weeks in Kuta, Lombok! Food is delicious, traditional Indonesian food with a bargain price and a generous portion. It is freshly prepared by Mama Java and her staff, who are warm and friendly. Try the gado gado or urap urap if you like vegetables!

We love both Jawa 1 and Jawa 2! The best Indonesian food we've had!

Affordable yet delicious. I tried Ayam Bakar (grilled chicken) here, and it taste great. I think they use different kind of seasoning compared to how grilled chicken commonly seasoned in Java island.

I had the sweetest orange juice eventhough it had no sugar. Plus my vegetable dish had an astonishing variety of local veggies. On top of all of that I was greated with the biggest smiles from the ladies when I arrived. I couldn't hope for a better local experience. All of this for 30tau
