This restaurant is just awesome. Delicious foods with a really authentic taste of Indonesia and with a wide range of selection. They even made their own tempe and sweet soy sauce. And the owner???? Super friendly, nice, smiley with really positive mindset and attitude. Somehow this is the best food that we ate in Phnom Penh even though it's Indonesian food. SUPER RECOMMEND!!!!!!
Food is good but the restaurant is old and kinda looks not clean. Price is reasonable for the food portion.
Not the most appealing place to walk in but functioning fans and friendly staff. I got Mi Goreng (which I was obsessed with when we went to Bali) and the taste was sensational. My partner got the chilli tofu and vegetables in oyster sauce. The chilli was too spicy for her but the vegetables were delicious. The price was very good (cheapest we've eaten). I will say the noodles were undercooked but that didn't bother me because of the flavours.
Being a vegetarian/vegan makes it hard to find restaurants with lots of choice which is surprising when travelling Southeast Asia. I saw this place on a vegetarian blog and wanted to try it. The place itself looks a bit like someone's house as it has a lot of storage piled up on the sides and random objects around the place. It's not very aesthetic. Don't let this fool you though, as the food was really tasty and took us back to when we visited Bali. My partner had the Mie Go Reng and I had fried vegetables and fried tofu in sweet soy sauce. Both were delicious, albeit the noodles were slightly undercooked. A definite place to stop at for a tasty vegetarian meal!
