Nice luxurious hotel, beautiful n modern. Feels like a club when we first stepped in. Decoration are unique, staff are dressed casually which fits their theme. Rooms has a balcony facing nice views such as the river and garden. Rooms is big and comfortable such that we did not feel like going out.

Our experience at the hotel was very satisfactory and especially the comfort. We had a photography session offered by the hotel. The photography session went really well with a very helpful team who listened to our expectations. The photos are very professional. The photographer was kind. The photo editing team knew how to make us happy. A big thank you to the team of photographers that I highly recommend and especially the hotel for the welcome and hospitality. This stay will be unforgettable for us because we were like on a cloud. We recommend it 100% for the passage to Xi'an there is no better!

W Xi’an is hands-down one of the best W Hotels I’ve ever stayed at—and I’ve been to over 10 different W properties! This is the biggest W hotel property in Asia. Design & Ambience: From the moment you enter the glowing grand lobby, you know you’re in for something special. The design is bold, modern, and energetic, perfectly capturing the W brand’s signature style. Rooms & Suites: The hotel has over 400 rooms and suites, but my Fantastic Suite was truly spectacular. It featured: A huge balcony overlooking the lake Spacious and beautifully designed interiors Luxury amenities that make you feel like royalty Public Spaces & Facilities: Massive indoor & outdoor pools—perfect for relaxing or swimming laps Huge gym with its own bar (!!)—never seen this before at a hotel! Sauna & wellness facilities—super complete for a perfect stay Dining & Bars: WEI: Incredible for breakfast and dinner, offering international flavors that cater to all tastes. YEN: Their Chinese restaurant serves delicious, high-quality dishes. A must-try! Woobar: The stunning lobby bar serves bold cocktails in a chic setting—perfect for a night out without leaving the hotel. Location & Convenience: The hotel is located near the newly opened Line 8 of Xi’an Metro, making it super easy to reach the airport or train stations. A fantastic location for both leisure and business travelers. Overall: I can confidently say this is the best hotel in Xi’an. The combination of luxury, design, world-class facilities, and amazing dining options makes this property truly unforgettable. Highly, highly recommended!

During our 4-week long China trip, out of all the 8 hotels we stayed, this is the most memorable place. The service is excellent. All staffs are professional and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The location is the best in this city. The most impressive part is the style and decor. I am not a big fan of contemporary style but sure they made it very appealing to live in. Yes, if I come again, I will stay with them again.
