Ordered the Beef Pho and Chicken Banh Mi. Had a Iced Vietnamese Milk coffee on the side and we ended the meal with the Homemade Vietnamese Dessert. Food were great, and staff were quick to serve us. Love the acoustic music and decor!

Came for an early dinner. Tried the following: Sliced beef, beef meatball pho. + Generous serving, sliced beef was tender. + Meatballs were not gamey, marinated well. + Broth was amazing. Light but rich in flavor. No salt or MSG hit post meal. Stir-fried Beef Pho + Could see the char on the pho. + Lightly flavoured, but wok hei was very pronounced and strong. + Right mix of soy sauce and a slight tinge of sweetness. + Beef slices were very tender, probably through velvetting. Fried seafood spring roll (4 pieces) + Fried right, not soggy in the oil. + Spring roll skin was very crispy. + Seafood filling not overpowering, flavor was just right. Right mix of sliced vegetables and seafood. + Nước chấm dip paired very well with the spring rolls.

Had an enjoyable lunch here at VietSmith where we had the Saigon Grilled Chicken ($28.90), mango salad ($6.90), savoury prawn and coconut pancake ($9.90) and gula melaka latte ($6.90). The grilled chicken is tender and flavourful, served with basil leaves, cucumber and lettuce. The mango salad has a good mix of sour and sweet while the pancakes are really great small bites. Service is attentive and provides sufficient serving plates for sharing dishes. Atmosphere is peaceful with nice music though had lunch at 3.30pm so it’s kinda after lunch. Much recommended.

Good food presentation and quality of food. The portion is sufficient and atmosphere is perfect for lunch and conversation. The food were served with fresh vegetables and it taste great despite a little too salty for my liking. I like the drip coffee that was served and it’s really strong and full of aroma. Will consider to come back here to have meal with colleagues and friends again!
