105, Taiwan, Taipei City, Songshan District, Section 3, Nanjing E Rd, 275號2樓
Located on the 2nd floor near Nanjing Fuxing Station Exit 6, Veggienius (不葷主義茶餐廳) offers an impressive array of vegetarian dim sum and Chinese cuisine in an elegant, minimalist setting. The restaurant's bright, spacious interior features arched dining tables, lotus-shaped pendant lights, and floor-to-ceiling windows that create a sophisticated dining atmosphere. Must-try dishes include their signature Ice Flower Pot Stickers, Silk Squash Soup Dumplings, and Radish Cakes. While the service could use some improvement and the acoustics can be a bit echo-y, the creative vegetarian interpretations of classic dishes make this restaurant worth visiting for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
Great flavors and portions but a bit pricy. Definitely will go back to try different things. The menu has a great variety with a good amount of vegan items.
Mixed feelings about this nice clean vegetarian restaurant. I love that they are clean in every detail. Unused cups are covered with plastic wraps. Everything is sparkling clean. Wait staffs are very attentive. Open kitchen makes you feel comfortable with the sanitation of the food they serve. As far as the dishes and food they serve, I would say they are not my type of tastes. Too oily for me. But if you need a clean place to have a quiet lunch or dinner with friends and food is not your top consideration, this is the place to go.
A very popular vegetarian restaurant in Taipei. They serve a lot of vegan dishes. It is one of my favorite vegetarian/vegan restaurants. If you spend more than $2,000nt for one meal (not including service fee), they will give you a card for 20% off for the future visits, excluding take outs. It is quite a generous offer. The service is always great. Food comes out fast. Reservation is recommended as it is a popular place.
Have visited here with large and small groups and the service is always very quick and consistent. I usually never visit vegetarian restaurants because I like meat, but the menu is so well done that I am happy to visit again and again and try new things. This restaurant is good for occasions or casual dining and I highly recommend visiting even if you’re not vegetarian!
