Amazing discovery of this small quaint restaurant run by mother and daughter. Very welcoming and hospitable. Simple basic decor with some iconic motifs. Food is cooked fresh (kitchen is open and visible) and the dishes are finger kicking good. They even encouraged us to taste thier 'soup if the day' (delicious asparagus soup) and made it complementary despite our insistence to pay. In summary, this is a gem to be discovered, simple but sweet and while hidden inside a small alleyway in Chinatown, worth the discovery and serendipity. Enjoy!!

I would call this place a hidden gem. Located in a small alley in Chinatown. My wife and I return here every time we visit Surabaya because the food is delicious, the atmosphere is like a small family business in China and the prices are in proportion to the above mentioned cheap. Thank you, will come back again!

All the dishes taste was good, they serve everything in big portion and clean as well. The price also affordable. You must try all the menu from the food also beverage. Love this place so much, the atmosphere of course entertaining. The location is hidden in the small alley but worth become one of the hidden gem vegetarian food place in Surabaya.
