Amazing authentic Turkish restaurant that serves high quality food, impeccable service and decorations. They have won many awards throughout the years so they definitely know their business. Everything we ordered was delicious, but the crown dish for us is the lamb shank. The lamb shank is absolutely tender and well-flavoured, it falls from the bones, and huge portion. Another highlight is the freshly baked breads from their traditional oven - it's soft, smells wonderful and perfect to go with the mezze platter. It is not cheap but for the price you're paying, I think it's worth visiting on special occasions. As soon as you step in, the interior transports you to Turkey with the carpets, glass deco lamps and the furniture. Service was friendly and attentive as well. Absolutely wonderful experience!
Great atmosphere, great food, with a great service. The waiters and waitresses are quite attentive when it comes to the customers' needs. They patrol and observe, so when a customer needs something, they know immediately from your body language. The serving time of the food is medium, not too long and not too fast. All freshly made. I have been coming here for three years, and it has not disappoint me.
We had a great experience at Turkuaz Restaurant for our Ramadhan iftar gathering. The ambiance was warm and elegant, with beautiful Turkish decor that made us feel like we were dining in Istanbul. The food was absolutely delicious, from the appetizers to the main courses. The mezze platters were flavorful, and the grilled meats were tender and well-seasoned. However, the serving time for the main dishes took a bit longer than expected, which was slightly challenging for an iftar gathering when everyone is eager to eat after fasting. It would be great if service could be a bit quicker, especially for large groups during peak hours. Overall, Turkuaz is an excellent place to enjoy authentic Turkish cuisine, and we will definitely return. If you're visiting during busy times, I recommend making a reservation and ordering ahead if possible.
Turkuaz is always delicious, and the service prompt and attentive without being overwhelming. Whether you want a teatime treat, or a full on meal, this is a go-to. Come hungry with friends, as you will not be able to make up your mind and the portions are big enough for sharing. It is a bit expensive, but I usually eat half and take home the rest for a second meal. Beautiful food, lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. What started off as a Mother's Day treat 10 years ago has turned into a habit! This time I had a spicy walnut-chili-pomegranate dip, the vegetable baked and some minced chicken kebabs with a gorgeous spices rice. I managed half of everything and was STUFFED. I am not a foodie pic person, but wanted to show for an idea of the generous portions. Also, their baklava is wonderful and the tea selection is great.
