Komp. Pertokoan Anggrek Mas Center Block C.28&29, Taman Baloi, Kec. Batam Kota, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau 29432, Indonesia
The food is very delicious, and they say the ingredients and tableware come from Japan. Additionally, the environment is comfortable and clean. The service is excellent. This place is a top choice for celebrating family birthdays or dining with colleagues. This is the most unforgettable Japanese vegetarian cuisine I have ever had in Indonesia.
I had the pleasure of visiting Towzen, the legendary Japanese ramen restaurant in Batam, after traveling from Malaysia, and it truly exceeded my expectations! I ordered the Green Curry Ramen, and it was absolutely amazing. The green curry broth was rich, creamy, and perfectly spicy, with just the right kick. What really stood out to me was the eggplant in the dish—it was perfectly cooked, and the way it was sliced showed the chef's attention to detail and dedication to the craft. It complemented the ramen beautifully and added a lovely texture and flavor to the dish. I also tried the Matcha Salted Fries, and they were a delightful surprise! The subtle matcha flavor paired perfectly with the crispy fries, creating a unique twist on a familiar favorite. To drink, I had the Black Sesame Matcha Latte, which was rich, smooth, and not too sweet, making it the perfect beverage to complement my meal. The atmosphere at Towzen was truly inviting, with a warm and intimate vibe that made you feel right at home. The restaurant's thoughtful design, with its cozy lighting and subtle Japanese accents, created a perfect ambiance for enjoying a meal. It felt like stepping into a hidden gem, where every corner reflected the care and passion the team has for the food they serve. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Batam—it’s a must-try for anyone who loves Japanese ramen with a creative and thoughtful touch!
This Japanese restaurant brings zen atmosphere into dining experience. Located at the very heart of Batam city, they serve vegetarian Japanese delicacy. With beautiful garden, typical Japanese hospitality services, this is a great place to chill and have some peace of mind. Worth to try!
Very nice ambience and big space. Nice service with waitresses alert to attend to your needs. Good vegan food. Just a bit disappointed that the ice matcha sesame is out of stock as the ingredients is imported, and ended up ordering their ice matcha sea salt instead which didn’t disappoint! Will definitely be back again
You MUST come to Towzen if you are in Batam. Everything we ordered was delicious. The ambience was superb and the service very earnest. Soymylk ramen was a standout, along with the warabi mochi. Matcha used was really high quality.
