Very good location and much quieter than i12, if this is what I'd prefer. Doughnuts and apple tart are surprisingly quite good.

It was my first time ordering from Tim Hortons and i wanted to use the birthday gift voucher. I went to the outlet at i12 but they ran out of the original glaze and the voucher only gives the original as the free gift so i had to travel all the way to parkway only find to out that they also sold out of the original glaze. I asked if they could give me a different donut instead at the i12 outlet but they refused. However the cashier at the parkway outlet kindly swapped it out for me. I’m really grateful for this gesture and appreciate the excellent customer service! :)

The environment and atmosphere were okay, and the café is located in Parkway Parade Mall. We tried the salted caramel latte and would recommend choosing a less sweet option. Coffee lovers may also consider adding more espresso shots. They also offer bakery items, pastries, and desserts in addition to beverages. The service was quite good, and the staff addressed our queries promptly. When we mentioned that the table was sticky, they immediately cleaned it before we used it. The space is open, and “indoor” sofa seating is available, but the spotlight overhead might cause a slight headache for some people.

Had a great experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming vibe. What really stood out was the excellent service. Theepak was incredibly nice, friendly, and attentive. He greeted me with genuine smiles, was patient, and made sure my order was perfect. His positive attitude truly made my visit enjoyable and turned a simple coffee stop into a great experience. Keep up the amazing works because service like this keeps customers coming back!
