At 9pm the lights were off , was a bit surprised as google showed closing hours as 10pm. We wanted to chill so check the google closing hours before ordering our drinks. When inquired the closing time, young lady staff said sthg in the sort of closing 9pm, staff leaves 10pm. Something along the line, then I replied, u shd update ur google closing hours as 9pm then. When the lights were off, the entrance was blocked and the other few groups who will still in the cafe, stood up and left too.

At 915pm, we passed by TH at Suntec, it is bright and full of people.

Anyway hot drinks were not pipping hot and there isn't any free ice water for customers when other branches have them available.

Fairly big branch but no electrical charging point too. Not a lot of customers at this branch. Staffs not welcoming at all.

Suntec branch although small, food and sandwiches always hot. Their cust service is good too. Small place , got charging point and ice water too.

Will not come again.

Had dinner in the vicinity with frens and thot we find a coffee place to sit down to drink n chit chat. Decided on this outlet Tim n ordered their Montreal drink. Did a check online before ordering n noted the place closes at 10pm. It was ard 7.30pm when we ordered the drinks.

Staff started to off the lights at 9pm. There were 2 other groups of customers then. Such actions usually suggests that the place is closing. Everyone started to pack n leave. We asked the staff as we were leaving what time they close. Female staff said 9pm. We then suggested they update the information in google map, which stated 10pm.

Staff then muttered.. that’s employee closing time… 9pm is usually last order….’

I think to ‘close earlier’ by 1 hour is too much.. I can understand if you start to off lights at 9.45 or so. They had even slyly put a chair at the entrance to subtly block entry.

Visited other outlets previously n free water is provided via their big flasks at the counters where tissues, straws, etc are placed. There is none at this outlet..

Not a pleasant experience.
