This seems to be quite a popular spot for locals to get their coffee or small breakfast in the morning or eat lunch. I took a sandwich, which was on the expensive side. It was quite tasty, but honestly the portion was too small for the price. I left hungry and went to another restaurant instead. Restaurant is wheelchair accessible from inside the mall.

You gotta love Tim Hortons. Tried for first time in Canada, so glad they came to SG. Their jalapeño bagel with cream cheese is delicous. The coffee was well made by the staff and delicious.

Had an excellent experience at Tim Hortons City Square Mall thanks to Mirza and Wenyi. Their service was truly exceptional — warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They took the time to chat with me, which made the visit feel personal and uplifting rather than rushed. It’s rare to come across staff who are not only efficient but also so kind and engaging. Big compliments to both of them for making my day better. Will definitely be back!

It was my first time trying Tim Horton's. I tried the skinny maple cinnamon latte and it was light and delicious. The french apple pie was a bit too sweet and too cold for me. I guess it is my mistake for pairing it with a sweet coffee. At 3.30pm on a Monday afternoon, the crowd was moderate and a few tables were available. The staff were plesant and friendly.
