5AA, Mac Ronells Bungalow, Saint Andrews Ext, next to Learner’s Academy, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050, India
This is a nice cozy place just next to candies, the entrance is in bit interior but nevertheless the interior and design is up to the mark. The food was very good and coffee was awesome. The put up nice decoration of flowers which was something different, its bit expensive but i believe it is okay for the ambience they provide. It is pet friendly. So you can bring your furry friends too. Keep an rye on candies and walk just a minute you will see a sign board for the restaurant. Moreover a plus point they have clean toilets. Which i can see some restaurants in bandra and town are missing on a important point.
We were looking for a healthy, gluten-free cafe in Mumbai for a good lunch, and we came across The Village Shop. It’s a beautiful, tucked-away spot in the busy area of Bandra, offering incredibly fresh, organic food. We each ordered an avocado and cacao smoothie, which was amazing, and as luck would have it, we met the owners, Jennifer and Javid, who were so kind and explained all the different ingredients to us. My wife, who is celiac, ordered a sandwich made with amaranth bread. Normally, she’s hesitant about sandwiches due to concerns about gluten contamination, but she felt completely comfortable here after they explained everything in detail. The whole place is designed with such care, and the food is incredibly delicious. The staff is warm and hospitable, creating a wonderful atmosphere. If you’re into healthy food with fresh ingredients, I highly recommend visiting. They also have pizzas and other amazing dishes—I didn’t get a chance to try them this time, but they’re definitely on my list for next time. Thank you, Village Shop, for a great experience!
It's a small and lovely cafe. Perfect for a peaceful evening. Loved their carrot cake and banana-coconut cake. The food was both tasty and healthy. The staff were well mannered and fast at serving.
Lovely little cafe. We tried the pickled mushrooms, the vegan warmer pizza, and the almond cream pasta. All three were great - the pizza being my favourite. I wasn’t a fan of the margarita, and the staff was kind enough to replace it with their house-brewed pineapple kombucha - which was fantastic! The gooey choc cake, unfortunately, was a miss - too grainy on the tongue. Hope they can introduce some more High Protein vegan options, since most of the vegan options seemed to lack protein. Also 150 extra for 80 grams of tofu is kind of expensive, considering tofu is quite cheap.
The cafe is cozy and the ambience is pretty chill. The staffs are super nice..Loved all the aesthetic corners of the cafe and coffee felt like heaven!
