Our waiter Daniel was amazing and the food was just as good as he was. Simply amazing. Looking forward to bringing my wife and kids here next month when we try out staying at the Novotel. Tandoori Cutlets and Beef Short Rib are a must. Cheese and garlic naan was on point also

Dining at The Ternary was a really fun and enjoyable experience. We came here for buffet breakfast ($39 per adult) but were not in-house guests. The restaurant does take bookings, but walk-ins are also very welcome. We were welcomed with a very warm and friendly greeting. Service was great throughout our entire time there. It was always courteous, helpful, and efficient. All staff were working hard and were always willing to accommodate requests. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant too. It was very open and spacious. The layout of food was organised well and made it easy to get. It allowed guests to move freely around despite it being busy. The dining area had a nice view of Darling Harbour. We really liked the range of food too. It was all fresh and well prepared. It was a really nice treat and a great way to start the morning.

This was the best restaurant experience of our entire two-week trip in Australia. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, the staff thoughtfully arranged a window-side table for us. The highlight of the evening was an unexpected fireworks display — we had no idea it was happening, and it felt like it was right in front of us. Truly a magical surprise. The service was excellent — the staff were polite and attentive. As we had already enjoyed happy hour earlier, we weren’t too hungry and only ordered a few starters and a steak to share. To our delight, the restaurant also surprised us with a complimentary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. Overall, this restaurant offered outstanding value for money and an unforgettable experience. Highly satisfied.

????? A Feast for the Senses at The Ternary If you're chasing the kind of night that hits all the right notes—epic food, next-level service, and a view that makes you stop mid-sentence—The Ternary is where it’s at. We dove into a 5-course experience that was anything but ordinary. Every plate felt like a little celebration—bold flavours, stunning presentation, and that perfect balance between indulgence and finesse. The team? Absolute legends. Attentive without being over the top, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made the night feel effortless. And then there’s the view… Darling Harbour lit up in full Vivid glow right outside the window. It honestly felt like dining in the front row of Sydney’s best light show. This isn’t just dinner—it’s a vibe. We left full, impressed, and already planning our next visit. If you’re looking to impress someone (or just treat yourself), this spot’s a guaranteed win.
