I had a nice dining experience with the spectacular high-floor Victoria Harbour view, but depending on the weather if it's a cloudy or rainy day, you might see nothing but heavy clouds and fog. One minor thing for the window seat table, the sofa is a bit too far away from the table, which is perfect for tall people with enough leg room, but I (163cm) barely sit at the sofa edge which couldn't lean on the sofa back while I was eating. The food is as good as expected, I prefer the À la carte instead of an afternoon tea set, and their A La Carte menu offers many meal choices, which is very nice for someone who is not sugar craving.

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the location offered a stunning view of Hong Kong's skyline—a truly beautiful place. The afternoon tea set was delightful overall, but there was a small issue with it during my visit. Thankfully, Carmen’s outstanding customer service truly shone. She was quick and professional in addressing the problem, and her exceptional service raised my trust in The Ritz-Carlton even more. She genuinely made my day. Thank you, Carmen!

Afternoon tea lover must go the Lounge & Bar at The Ritz-Carlton HK. They are the most luxury afternoon tea with a nice view and very private that you can enjoy great time with friends. Afternoon tea set is very nice to enjoy with hk panorama view ?

The view of Victoria Harbour is top-notch. The Spanish main dishes are very delicious. In addition to their warm attitude, the restaurant staff prepared a special surprise for my wife's birthday, writing a handwritten birthday card and attaching our photo. Special thanks to Nurul and Devina. Highly recommended!
