I had a wonderful experience purchasing a JellyHearts cake at Tampines Hub! The two sales staff on duty were not only friendly and approachable but they also went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Their warm attitude, product knowledge, and patience really made a difference. The cake itself was beautifully presented and tasted amazing fresh, not too sweet, and just the right texture. I purchased a mango jelly cake from this shop and I was pleasantly surprised when the stall holder gave me a small extra jelly cake for free! The cakes were delicious fresh, beautifully made, and just the right level of sweetness. The kind gesture made my day. Excellent customer service and great quality treats.
