1000……% recommend this restaurant!!!! We stumbled upon this restaurant while recently visiting Jeju, and I instantly fell in love with this place! Everything was exceptional about our experience from the care and attention of the staff, to the atmosphere, and most importantly - the taste of the food! Hands down, one of the most delicious meals I had in my entire one-month stay in South Korea. I had the kimchi pork mac & cheese which had the most divine texture and rich flavors. Mac & cheese is one of the homestyle dishes that I crave and love but can be so lackluster in some restaurants; The Canvas takes this dish to the next level! The balance of flavors is heavenly. We also shared the spinach artichoke stuffed bread which had such a savory and delicious taste that we ordered it the following day! Yes, we all fell in love with this restaurant, so we drove out of the way to dine here again! During our two visits, our group also had both spicy and regular quesadillas, classic mac & cheese, vegan sliders, egg rolls, and vegan pierogies. My daughter eats vegan and the rest of our family does not, so this establishment was perfect for our family! So if you are vegan (or not), she fell in love with the pierogies and highly recommends them!! The Canvas also has quite an exquisite wine collection that I sadly missed out on as I was the designated driver. Finally, the desserts...! They have a wide selection of various sweet delicacies that will complete your meal. We were incredibly stuffed but took dessert to go. Again, the flavors were divine - sweet and rich but in the most delightful balance. We had the opportunity to meet the owner who is the mastermind behind the amazing eats and desserts. We unknowingly came during their lunch break but she welcomed us in anyway and allowed us to stay until their kitchen opened. She was so incredibly sweet and kind, I enjoyed getting to know her and hearing her story! As I know very limited Korean, I was appreciative that the owner speaks wonderful English so communication was simple. There are also tablets at each table to make ordering a breeze. If you are anywhere in Jeju, this is a must-visit! You will absolutely not be disappointed!

Very tasty kimchee pork Mac and cheese, Thai veggie noodle salad and vegan sliders, and the caramelized pecan cheesecake was the perfect end to the meal. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Recommend the Mongolian beef rice, beef ragu and kimchi mac&cheese

Gorgeous lunch find. Everything on the menu was delicious, especially the kimchi Mac n cheese! Beautiful wine selection and customer service too. Go check it out! You won’t regret it. Yum!

Nice restaurant that serves a variety of dishes from Pierogi to Thai-Salat. Very friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. As a foreign tourist, bring cash, the credit card cashier is sometimes very picky... ;-) but the food is worth it. ❤️ Thank you for the great service.
