Kinda overpriced food and not the best Chinese food. Chicken was kinda dry, the jasmine rice was bland and everything was just overpriced and average. The dumplings were good and tasty, but nothing special. Although I think the portion sizes were really good and large. They are also super allergy friendly and I think that’s really hard to find in restaurants. I’m glad that they have gluten free dumplings and options. I’m a food vlogger and reviewer so I’m pretty honest with my reviews so this is my honest take of the restaurant.
If you're in Southbank and craving delicious Asian cuisine, this is the place to go! We visited with three people and couldn't resist ordering a variety of dishes—everything on the menu looked amazing. And they did not disappoint! The flavors were absolutely fantastic. We highly recommend the Kung Pao Chicken, Hakka Pork, Prawns, the tasty steam dumplings and Chao Kui Tiao. Each dish was packed with authentic taste and left us completely satisfied. A must-try for Asian food lovers!
f you’re in Southbank and craving delicious Asian cuisine, this spot is an absolute must visit. Every time we come here, we try something new and every dish has been a hit. The menu is packed with tempting options, and nothing has disappointed us so far. We highly recommend the Pork, Crab Meat & Flying Fish Roe Shumai—packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The char kway teow and Cantonese Charred Flat Rice Noodles (Wat Tan Hor Fun) were also standout dishes rich, authentic, and incredibly satisfying. Each plate bursts with bold, authentic flavours, and you can really taste the care that goes into every recipe. We always leave full and happy, already looking forward to our next visit. A must try for any Asian food lover in the area! Thank you Tai Tai
Had lunch at Tai Tai on a busy Sunday afternoon, but everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food arrived quickly, and everything was delicious. We were a party of three and ordered Char Kway Teow, Eggplant with Garlic Sauce, and Kung Pao Chicken. Of course, we also enjoyed two bottles of Tsingtao beer. It was a truly pleasant dining experience—highly recommended!
