Staff are very efficient as there is almost always a long line of customers. There also keep the area clean but sweeping the shelves, chasing away any flies or brushing crumbs away, not easy for a bakery that churns out so many varieties of breads and cakes. I also love that they will periodically have new items to try. The chocolate cake ganache is one of them. I thought it was a brownie base but turn out to be more like a fluffy chocolate cake. It was nice and moist though. They have these small $2 portions which was just the right amount for me since the cake was rather sweet.

Nice christmas cake! Didnt want to buy the whole log as its too jelat $6 for one slice is pretty good !
