Food and service just ok. We felt the food was tasty and a good generous amount. I give 4 out of 5 because waiting too long.

The restaurant itself is not that spectacular to dit in, but luckily the beach is just some meters away. Getting takeaway at eat at the beach is the best choice to make. We only gad to wait 20 minutes for two dishes, which were really tasty! The butter Naan was also good. This restaurant has a wide variety of non-vegetarian and vegetarian dishes which all have a good price.

The best south Indian food. Fast service and generous food portions make it perfect for a Friday night out. My son enjoyed the butter chicken and cheese naan. Highly recommend this authentic South Indian restaurant.

One of the best choices we made in our NZ trip is to dine in this restaurant. Authentic and amazing food. Ordered Kara Dosai and the red chutney it came with was the best ever. I requested to talk to the chef and literally praised him for the authentic taste.

Wow! New Brighton original OG, Indian is still on point! Haven't been back for years and honestly they were absolute wonderful, every dish! A great wee spot! Across from the pier!
