Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful dining experience at Soi 55! The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic Thai flavors and fresh ingredients. The Tom Yum soup was rich and flavourful, the steamed fish in lime and chilli was perfectly cooked, and the crispy omelet added a delightful crunch to the meal. The squid salted egg sauce was a unique and creamy treat. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and the portions were generous. The restaurant’s cozy ambiance made the experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic Thai cuisine with a great atmosphere, Soi 55 here is highly recommended!
All the food served were super fresh and hot. You get discount for using Eatigo app as well for ala carte meals. Price is quite reasonable. We came here to celebrate our aunt's birthday and the staffs were super friendly and played birthday song and sang along with us. Thanks team!
We visited this restaurant twice using the Eatigo app, enjoying a 50% discount each time. It’s definitely a great value for money! Must-try dishes: • Mango Sticky Rice: This is a standout! The fresh and fragrant coconut milk, two-colored sticky rice, and sweet, juicy mango make for a perfect combination. It was so delicious that after trying one, we ordered two more servings. • Ruby Dessert: Beautifully presented and equally tasty. • Fruit Platter: A visual treat with fruits cut into different shapes, making it both refreshing and appealing. Other dishes we liked: • Steamed Fish: The fish was good, though the lime soup was a bit too sweet for our taste. A little less sugar would make it perfect. • Pad Thai: While it doesn’t fully match the authentic Thailand style, it’s still delicious and worth a try. • Fried Kailan, Mama Mee, and Som Tum: All prepared well and satisfying. This is a Muslim-friendly restaurant that even provides a Surau for prayer, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, we were very satisfied with the food, ambiance, and service. Highly recommended, especially with the Eatigo deal!
The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere, and the food is presented attractively. Ordered Dishes: - Fried Chicken Wrapped in Pandan Leaves (RM 22) - Pat Kra Pao Chicken Spring Roll (RM 11) - Thai Green Papaya Som Tum (RM 15) - Pineapple Fried Rice (RM 23) Beverages and Desserts: - Thai Mild Tea (RM 7) - Mango Sticky Rice (RM 15) - Red Ruby (RM 8) Additional Charges : 10% service charge 6% tax Food: Pat Kra Pao Chicken Spring Roll stood out as the best. The presentation was appealing, the spring roll skin was hot and crispy on the outside, and the spiced, savory chicken filling was very appetizing. Dessert: While the desserts had a lovely presentation, the use of packaged coconut cream, rather than fresh, resulted in an artificial flavor and diminished the overall quality. The remaining dishes and drinks were of average quality.
Nice cosy place. Went for iftar and they had good affordable package. For 6 it was RM165. Fish, chicken, otak-otak, Tom yam, kangkung, chicken and sticky mango. It was tasty but did not quite get the flavors. The Tom yam looked good but was not spicy enough for me. The garlic fish was very crispy and nice. The mango sticky rice was beautifully presented. The rice was presented in a heart shape. The mango salad was good, too. Will definitely go again because I know it's good, but maybe I was too hungry that I missed the flavors!
