Tried Shiok Burger a few times and honestly feels better than many big fast-food brands. The burgers are delicious and the chicken portion is generous. I’ve tried three different burgers and all were good. They have a stamp promotion (1 burger = 1 stamp). I bought 3 meals in one receipt but was given only 1 stamp. The staff was polite and helpful — the lady even called management to check after I explained the promotion terms. Since it’s a good deal (5 stamps for a free burger), this might come up for other customers too. Seating is limited, so best to visit during non-peak hours.
Tried the XXL ebiko chicken burger couple meal recently and was honestly surprised by the size — it’s huge. Definitely big enough to share if you’re not super hungry. What stood out to me was the flavor. It’s not just your usual fried chicken burger. The ebiko adds a noticeable savory “umami” kick that makes it taste richer but not overly greasy. We also ordered the Shiok Shiok Fries, and that was a nice surprise too. The chicken was crispy, and the seaweed + meat floss combo added extra flavor and texture. Something a little different from the usual fried chicken options. Overall, generous portions and satisfying flavors. Would come back again.
Shiok Burger stands out from typical burger joints by putting a distinctly local spin on its menu. Located at Our Tampines Hub, it offers a refreshing take on burgers that goes beyond the usual beef-and-cheese combinations. What makes Shiok Burger interesting is its incorporation of local flavours into Western-style burgers. Options like mala chicken and black pepper wagyu bring a Singaporean twist, blending bold, punchy seasonings with classic burger elements. The mala chicken, for instance, carries that numbing spice kick, while the black pepper wagyu leans into a rich, peppery profile.
New halal burger store at OTH. They use pita bread topped with black sesame for the burger bun, which is unique. Ordered the classic garlic chicken burger ala-carte. Sauce is also adequate but not overwhelming while chicken was huge and juicy. Worth a repeat visit :)
