I have tried many Persian restaurants in Paris, but this one stands out far beyond the others. I had the Ghormeh Sabzi there, and it was one of the most delicious versions I've ever had, even compared to those in Iran. Their Kashke Bademjan was fantastic, and the kebabs were carefully marinated, tender, and truly comparable to those in Iran. Great job to the Shabestan managers and staff! You’ve successfully brought a taste of Iran to Paris!

This is the best Persian food I’ve had in a long time! Everything was fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. Our waiter, Ruhi , was amazing! He was fast, friendly, and very helpful. The service was great, and the restaurant had a nice, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Me and my daughter had a fantastic experience today at this Persian restaurant! The tabouleh was fresh and vibrant, perfectly balanced with herbs and citrus, and the lamb was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Our meal ended on a high note with a delicious dessert that was both rich and delicately spiced—an unforgettable treat. We’re especially grateful to our waiter, who was attentive, kind, and truly enhanced our evening with excellent service. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

I recently dined at Shabestan and overall, the experience was slightly above average. The ambiance is pleasant, and the atmosphere is comfortable, but nothing particularly stands out. The service was okay — polite but a bit inattentive at times. Food presentation was decent, and everything arrived in a reasonable amount of time. In terms of flavor, the dishes were good, though not especially memorable. I was expecting a bit more in terms of depth and richness, particularly considering the pricing. One area I believe could use noticeable improvement is the quality of the meat. For the price point, I was hoping for more tender, flavorful cuts. It’s not bad, but it doesn’t quite match the standard I’d expect at this level. Overall, I did enjoy my visit, and there’s potential here. With some refinement in taste and a bit more attention to service, Shabestan could be a standout spot. For now, it’s a decent choice, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.
