We enjoyed our seafood dinner here. We arrived at around 6.30 pm, thursday evening (long weekend). There were 19 of us. There were many empty tables when we arrived, (but the place slowly filled up, by 8ish the place was in full swing). Cerana is a double storey building, next to a fisherman jetty. (We bought some super fresh fish at the jetty). Cerana was spacious and airy. They have both covered and alfresco seating area. We ordered 4 sets of fish (two types, both grilled) crab, squid, vegetables, and other dishes, and lots of nasi lemak and jugs of fresh orange juice. It came to rm720, which we thought was acceptable, because we really ordered a lot (had to tapau some), food was really tasty, and the place was comfortable.They also had a praying area for muslim that is really comfortable and clean. There was also ample parking area. We plan to visit cerana the next time we are in melaka...?.

•Food: 5/5 - All were fantastic!!! My faves were the Nasi goreng Cina, Ikan siakap bakar & Daging Bakar Cerana ???? Tom yam was sweet, sour and not too spicy - just a bit cold when served. We ordered 4 fried rice, sweet/sour crabs, ginger clams, butter prawns, grilled fish, Grilled beef, and grilled chicken - all were exquisite! •Drinks: 5/5 - Generous jug of Hot lemon tea and the kopi susu was rich and strong - I highly recommended the coffee???? •Portion: 5/5 Generous amount of seafood, meat and 1 plate of fried rice is enough for 2 people. •Environment: Clean, cool, spacious and open aired dining area. •Parking: plenty of open aired parking space - we came early at 5:30pm. •Price: 5/5 - extremely reasonable as we had ordered a lot! All for RM189.00

The food was fresh and tasty. The grilled fishes were done without any marinade so you could taste the real fish and add the sauce. I liked their vegetables and sotong with oyster sauce base. The fried sotong and the prawns were crispy and flavourful. The steamed fish thai style was very good and the soup was tasty! They streamed live music so the atmosphere was quite lively. Their watermelon and apple juoce was very refreshing as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with great flavors and presentation. The service was attentive, ensuring a pleasant visit. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Plus, the prices were reasonable for the quality offered. Highly recommended!
