I haven’t been here in years since I moved interstate but I was so happy to see it is still open and serving the most delicious vegetarian food! The staff and chef were so kind and friendly, they made me feel very welcome as a solo guest. The coconut chicken was just as amazing as I remember it!! The restaurant is in a great location and makes the perfect pre or post movie dinner spot if you are visiting the cinemas. 10/10 my favourite vegetarian restaurant :)

Love the vibe and the food! I really enjoy the atmosphere, the character art on the wall, and the attentive staff—but most importantly, the food is delicious. I was very impressed by the Kung Pao chicken the first time I came over a year ago, and I’m so happy to return and recommend it to my friends. We had another satisfying experience this time. I especially liked the green curry vegetables, and my daughter loved the corn soup.

OMG the curry puffs!!!!! The best I’ve ever had. The pastry is like what I’ve had in France, it’s so buttery and crispy and melts in your mouth. The filling is delicious - it’s homemade goodness. I’m a regular and always order the Laksa, it’s on the few vegetarian ones which are hearty. It’s so good. Now I order it with the curry puffs. So so so good!

What a great vegan find in Melbourne! The Bah Ku Teh was sooo heavenly and warming ☺️ Food was great! Don't understand why this place is not more popular.
