I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rempah Kitchen located at the Four Points Hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes and preferences. It’s a great spot for families, especially with kids, as the menu is diverse and kid-friendly. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Don’t miss out on ordering a coffee – it was superb. Overall, a highly recommended spot for a delicious and enjoyable meal! Sonia checks in daily with us and Rama makes sure our dining experience was smooth.
The breakfast buffet is generally nice. It comes with different variety of Asian cuisine and a bit of Western food. The lunch buffet variety is less than their breakfast variety, but it is still delicious overall. I would not recommend their dinner as the choices are very limited. They are also mainly spicy food. In terms of customer service, all the staff are polite and helpful. There are greetings and smiles. Empty plates are cleared fast. Would give 5 stars for their customer service, and breakfast.
Our inaugural meal in Bintan was a delightful experience, with one notable exception: the mac and cheese, which my daughter declared, quite dramatically, the 'absolute worst ever.' However, the rest of the meal more than compensated. The beef stew was a triumph of tenderness and flavor, the meat practically melting off the bone. A side of pickles would have elevated it to perfection. The fried rice with ox tails was excellent, a symphony of flavors balanced by a refreshing garden salad. The ayam aceh, featuring succulent boneless chicken, was complemented by a vibrant array of chili assortments. And while the satay differed from the versions we're accustomed to in Singapore and Malaysia, it was undeniably tender and delicious
First time to Rempah Kitchen @ Four Points by Sheraton at Bintan Lagoi. Layout looks nice, staff are attentive and polite. They would ask what we would like to drink and prepared and served to our table. The food is not bad but variety is still limited. The soup was very nice and robust in flavor! Heard the occupancy was pretty high but service was still good. It was a rainy day... The open area looking towards the beach within the cafeteria was constantly inundated with rainwater that required a staff to keep scrapping the water out - management might want to consider a shelter/canvas to block off the rainwater as a permanent solution. Overall still a very enjoyable experience! Kudos to the staff!
Staff amazing, Putra and Siska were so accommodating and helpful we felt very welcome. Food delicious only portions on a smaller side. Had live music, free prawn crackers, even got free drinks, came back to eat here multiple times.
