Pavilion Restaurant is set as if you are in an indoor garden, surrounded by trees and plants including a green house section with glass roof. It serves yummy buffets especially during breakfast when you stay at the JW Marriott Surabaya. Freshly squeezed juices, great coffees and the has a mix of Western and Indonesian fare, from Pizzas & Beef Stroganoff to sushi, Indonesian Street Food to ice creams, you have it all. The dinner buffet is of the highest quality with steaks, ribs and seafood ?. It’s has a 1:1 promo seafood buffet on Saturday evenings. Recommended ??????

The restaurant is located inside JW Mariot hotel and the menu is all you can eat. The menu vary between Indonesia, western, Japanese, etc. For Indonesian menu they have fried rice, rujak cingur (nose cow peanut salad), empal genthong (beef soup with coconut milk), etc. For western they have pizza, steak, assorted cheese, etc. For japanese they have assoted sushi and for korean they have korean chicken soup. Unfortunately the tea and coffee is not included per pax. The beverage only consist of: mineral water, insfused water, lemon tea, mixed juice. They have assorted cakes, fruits, ice creamfor dessert.

We had a nice buffet-dinner experience here. Their savory dishes were good and there were many varieties. Too bad we didn't like the desserts. It's just way too sweet. Plus, they served halal only meals eventho it was christmas dinner. Why ? We were expecting porchetta, lol

The food was delicious, and the ambiance was elegant. The only downside was a loud and somewhat rude guest speaking to the staff. However, in keeping with their five-star standards, the staff responded politely and professionally. Two thumbs up!
