We had the 7 couse testing menu with the wine pairing. It was amazing, everything delicious and well balance with the wine. I have to highlight the service, everybody was super friendly and helpful, the staff explained every plate and wine. The environment its spectacular, so I highly recommend it.

Attended for my birthday, we chose to do nine course tasting menu, and I can honestly say it was all phenomenal, the service to the knowledge to the food! Absolutely stunning inside. The service was amazing the staff friendly and willing to answer all our questions.

Wow, where do I even start! I have tried some amazing food in my life, but honestly, the food we had at Palette would probably be the best we've ever eaten! We had the 8 course degustation and it did NOT dissapoint! Each staff member was very knowledgeable and explained to us the elements of every dish. We even got choose our own seafood, and pick how we wanted them cooked and what sauce or topping we wanted. I wasn't expecting so many options, so I was quite impressed by that! Every single course was divine, and looked like a beautiful work of art; too beautiful to even eat! The standout dishes for me would have to be the wagyu, followed closely by the crab and the lamb. I was also informed that Palette had just become a 3 hatted restaurant! Congratulations to the chef and the staff, because this restaurant absolutely deserves it! ??

We’ve been to most high teas in the area but today’s high tea on Mother’s Day was by far the BEST! Yes, Palette is far superior than Versace, Langham or Sheraton and many others. Each piece of food was of high quality and great variety. Sweets weren’t just sugary. It was understated and enjoyable. Tables were spaced out well so we didn’t have to listen to others conversing. Staff were attentive and happy. We will definitely be back!
