Found this Indian restaurant while in Tokyo and it was a bliss being Vegeterian. The guy was quite welcoming and we even had a little chat about his life story. We ordered Dal Rice and Samosa. Samosa filling was surprisingly good. We weren't expecting Samosa to be delicious in Japan. Dal tadka was not exactly tadka we find in India. It contained multiple dal including chans and masur but was tasty. They have multiple options available and quite accommodative of taste and spice level needed.

We decided to try this Indian restaurant after seeing its good reviews and because it was conveniently located nearby. Although we’re not vegan, the wide variety of vegan options piqued our curiosity, so we gave it a shot. We ordered two curries - one medium spicy, one mild - along with two garlic naans and samosas. The curries were absolutely delicious, each with distinct flavors and perfectly cooked. Honestly, I’d go so far as to say it’s some of the best I’ve ever had. The samosa was also very good, though I felt it could have had slightly more ingredients in it’s filling. Compared to samosas I’ve tried at other places, this one seemed to have fewer ingredients inside, but the accompanying sauce was excellent and made up for it. The garlic naan was fantastic - flavorful, and perfectly garlicky. My only wish was that it had been a little larger! The service was another highlight. The person who took our order was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. When I asked for recommendations, they guided us thoughtfully and helped us choose dishes we truly enjoyed. The only downside was the restaurant’s interior, which felt a bit outdated. Like many places in Japan, it seemed like it hadn’t changed much in the past 20+ years, though that does give it a certain charm. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Whether you’re a fan of Indian food or trying it for the first time, this place is a great option with delicious food and friendly service.

It’s one thing to talk about authenticity, but it’s another to truly experience it. The rich aroma of Indian spices fills the air, and the unmistakable scent of masala welcomes you as soon as you step in. You can feel the essence of India not just in the food, but in the atmosphere itself. The soft hum of Hindi conversations in the background adds to the immersive experience, making you feel like you’ve been transported straight to a street-side eatery in India. From the vibrant flavors to the warm hospitality, everything here speaks of tradition and care. If you’re looking for a true taste of India, this place is a must-visit. I highly recommend giving it a try — your senses (and your taste buds) will thank you.
