Can't miss this place every time we go down to Gold Coast. We always get the black garlic tonkotsu. So so good! The soup is thick, flavourful and hearty. The chashu is delicious; tasty, charred and is a chunky thickness. Not the best photo this time but trust me, it's good!

I ordered the Black Garlic Tonkotsu ramen along with Gyoza, Karaage and beer. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t the same as 2 years ago. The “ramen” was a bit thinner than last time. It tasted like it was rushed or made using instant seasoning. This place feels like a total rip-off.

The service was great the speed at which the food was brought out after ordering was lightning quick! And the food… my gosh the food was absolutely superb! Best Ramen on the coast.

Casual ramen shop with plenty of seating and a good selection of meals. The tonkotsu soy ramen was actually a bit disappointing, the broth was not as flavoursome as I expected. The pork was super fatty which is not my favorite. The black garlic was very fragrant and the karaage was cooked well. You can pick thick or thin noodles and the thick noodles were chewy and delicious. Overall, not my favourite ramen but it was pretty decent.

I tried 2 types of Chicken ramen, gyoza and a small rice bowl today.
I had Chicken ramen a few years ago.
I really liked it at the time…..
Unfortunately this time wasn't make me wow?
Both soups and gyoza were nice but I expected something more ?
Terimayo cha shu rice bowl was the best???5⭐️

I will try more other ramen one day?

I smelled truffle a lot ?
The soup was gentle flavor ?
It’s definitely special ???
But one thing, duck was chewy ?
The prawns were big size ?

I love this place normally but this time I’m shocked and disappointed ?
I was ok before I saw the someone’s photo of Monthly special.
Because I didn’t know what look like it.
Now I know my one was not paitan soup?
less oxtail and less soup (?)?
So I didn’t get the proper service on that day ?
I guess the person went to there next day after I went.
I’m very sad how they treat customers differently?
