The outlet is located between the food court and Umi Sushi, I went to buy, fully guarded in case of hostility (based on the previous review). Thankfully, the 2 ladies were non-aggressive. The payment is still quite a hassle though. They don't have Paywave, only Paynow and the scanning of the qr code isn't the easiest.

I rarely gone to Mr Bean so I chose 9 then the auntie told me to choose one more and get two free. So I did and said “two free will be tuna". She total up my order and  I just realised that the promotion buy 5 get 1 free had a description saying it must be the same or cost less but the  auntie didn't told me and already gave me my change. Would even give 0 stars if possible. Extremely hostile service by the cashier lady. After selecting 1 pancake I'd like to purchase and asking whether paywave was accepted, she shouted "no paywave, only the QR code there!" When I repeatedly tried to scan it with the UOB app, it doesn't process and I asked for another QR code they may have. She just replied "only that one! other phones can do it, yours cannot, it's your problem!!". During all of this, she did not even look at me in the face to reply except to give the stink eye.

Ordered 2 egg mayo pancake but got given 2 cheese instead . Went back again to re-buy it but sold out . Told them they gave me the wrong ones . Auntie still “是吗？ 是吗” Paid more for the egg mayo not only did I get any refund or apology from the staffs but doubts . What’s more it’s inside a gov hospital . Gosh !
