Mexicano is great restaurant with delicious Mexican cuisine. There is a wide variety of tacos available and I would recommend going on taco Tuesday and trying the different tacos! The shredded beef taco is absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful! The restaurant itself is decorated nicely. The lime juice was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend Mexicano!
Went for lunch to this restaurant because it was nearby to our new apartment. Interior is nice and cozy, colorful pictures and very clean restaurant. The beef tacos (4 for $11) tasted amazing, really. They are slow cooked and seasoned well. Guacamole also very, very nice. I only have two small recommendations for the restaurant, 1) a little bit better English, because my Khmer is simple and this is not only a local restaurant. Just to help with menu questions. 2) maybe update the menu with more explanations, such as “you can or cannot split orders” so we are less dependent on the staff to answer for us. Again, overall a very nice place with great beef tacos.
It's serious the best Quesadilla I've ever had, its full with cheese ? But the burrito is not that tasty especially with all the sauce that makes the meal so heavy, I like the environment but still feel a little bit empty inside, music is good, decorations is good, service is good, just the price it's quite high, but overall I do enjoy it a lot. Will come again for sure.
I’m always pleasantly surprised to find authentic Mexican food in Asia. The owner is from Mexico, so it’s no wonder they really nailed the flavors here. I’m from San Diego, California, not far from Tijuana, and have traveled to CDMX, all of Baja, and Oaxaca. The carne asada tacos I had here at Mexicano were seriously legit, as were the salsas. The pico de gallo was close, though slightly off, but the verde, mole, and roja salsas were all so good! The tacos came on handmade tortillas that had just a slight chew, and the meat was seasoned beautifully with a nice sear. I was transported back to Tijuana for a few minutes. A lot of patrons complain about the pricing, which I agree is steep, even in US terms, but you get what you pay for. The tacos here will not disappoint.
