Beautiful dining experience and consistently great food as this was my third visit. The reason for the 4 stars for atmosphere was given the music was too loud to have a conversation comfortably so we moved outside. On previous visits we sat inside and were able to hold a conversation comfortably so I think the decibel situation depends on the day. That aside, the food and service consistently deliver to a high standard. While all the dishes shared were fantastic the real highlight was the octopus kebab I had on Wednesday night that I’m still thinking about. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning in every way. The ambience was elegant, the staff warm and attentive, and the presentation of each dish was impeccable. Every bite delivered unbelievable flavours, with plenty of delicious vegetarian options to choose from. While the portions were on the smaller side and prices reflect fine dining standards, the experience was well worth it. A must-try.

We had the feast menu and all the courses were excellent. Plenty of food and the wines we had were perfectly matched to the course. I enjoyed being able to try Turkish Shiraz. Service was attentive and friendly with everything clearly explained. We had a wonderful evening and hope we can return again when next in Sydney.

Maydanoz is truly one of the best food destinations in Sydney. From the moment you walk in, the service sets the tone. Staff are incredibly attentive, taking their time to explain each dish in detail and helping you navigate the menu to find just the right selections. During our visit, everything we tried was outstanding. The Yogurt Kebab, Leek, and Lamb Loin are absolute must-tries. Another highlight is their unique wine list, which features an eclectic mix of Turkish, European, Australian, and New Zealand wines. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Turkish cuisine with a modern twist in a refined and welcoming setting.

We had such a wonderful experience at Maydanoz! The food presentation and taste were absolutely stunning — each dish looked and tasted like it belonged in an art exhibit. The vibe of the staff made the night even better, especially Selin, who was warm, knowledgeable, and guided us through every dish with so much care. The restaurant is spotless, and even the comfort rooms were clean and well maintained. Can’t wait to come back!
