Masala Twist: A Flavorful Journey, Slightly Cramped Masala Twist delivered an exceptional dining experience where the food truly shone. Every dish burst with authentic flavors, expertly balanced spices, and generous portions that left us satisfied but not overwhelmed. The consistency across our various selections was impressive, showcasing the chef's dedication to quality. The service was equally outstanding, with the staff striking the perfect balance of attentiveness and discretion. They were readily available to answer questions and offer recommendations without ever feeling intrusive. Their genuine warmth and helpfulness added another layer of enjoyment to our meal. However, the atmosphere fell a bit short. While the restaurant was impeccably clean and comfortably air-conditioned, the tight arrangement of tables created a somewhat cramped feeling. Additionally, the non-air-conditioned bathrooms were a disappointment and didn't quite meet the standard set by the rest of the establishment. Overall, Masala Twist is a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic and delicious Indian cuisine. The exceptional food and service more than compensate for the slightly cramped atmosphere and bathroom situation. It's a culinary gem that deserves recognition, and we'll undoubtedly be returning for more.
This is a terrific Indian restaurant that serves a large variety of South Asian dishes including several Thai dishes. The restaurant has an extensive selection of vegetarian options as well. I have dined here on several occasions and each time my meal was tasty with generous portions. You can request the level of spice you desire in your order from a scale of 1 to 10. At today’s visit I had an okra dish and a vegetarian curry with mixed vegetables. In addition, I had a cucumber raita to complement my meal. Everything was fresh and delicious with the right amount of spice that I requested. The service staff including the owner/head chef Sunny was courteous and professional. The ambiance was casual and comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant to those that enjoy Indian/South Asian cuisine that is reasonably priced served in a pleasant environment.
We came based on the good reviews and have no regrets. Everything from service to food was amazing. Food was delicious, they helped with suggestions and service was fast.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Masala Twist Indian & Thai Restaurant in Pattaya, Thailand, and it was an unforgettable experience that left me craving more. Nestled in Jomtien Beach, this gem stands out as one of the best spots for authentic Indian cuisine in the area. From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance, friendly staff, and tantalizing aromas set the stage for a fantastic meal. The star of the show was undoubtedly the cheese naan—hands down the most delicious I’ve ever tasted. It arrived fresh from the tandoor, golden and perfectly crisp on the edges, with a generous filling of melted cheese that oozed with every bite. The balance of flavors was impeccable; the subtle richness of the cheese paired beautifully with the soft, fluffy bread, making it an irresistible companion to the main dishes. I couldn’t get enough of it. The rest of the meal was equally impressive. The butter chicken was a revelation—creamy, fragrant, and spiced to perfection, with tender chunks of meat that melted in my mouth. The garlic naan and pilau rice were delightful sides, but the cheese naan stole my heart. The portions were generous, and the prices were incredibly reasonable, offering exceptional value for such high-quality food. What truly elevated the experience was the attentive service. The staff, led by the charming Chef Sunny, ensured every detail was perfect, checking in with genuine care. Masala Twist blends authentic flavors with a welcoming vibe, making it a must-visit in Pattaya. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, this restaurant promises a culinary delight—especially if you indulge in their heavenly cheese naan. I’ll be back soon!
It is one of the best Indian restaurants in town. Love the curry here, especially prawn vindaloo and lamb masala.
